In the glass
Nose: Clear mineral character with fresh cooked agave, a lightly vegetal lift, anise, orange citrus and black pepper underneath.
Palate: Medium weight. Sweet agave and orange first, then anise, black pepper and cool mint over a steady mineral backbone, with a gentle white-pepper warmth.
Finish: Clean and focused — orange citrus, cracked black pepper and lingering agave, tapering off with no burn.
