About
Premium without the velvet rope
For curious drinkers and the people who serve them. The proof lives in the edit — what we select, how we explain it, and how easy we make the next choice.
Drinks with Friends started with a simple frustration: good bottles are often sold badly. Either the story is missing, or it arrives with a lecture attached.
So we built a collection that behaves like a good host. We taste widely and list narrowly. We write one clear sensory cue before any flourish. We keep the specs in the same order on every page, because a buyer quoting a wine list at 4pm should not have to hunt for a case size. And we credit the families who made the liquid, every time.
The result is a book that works two ways: dense and dependable for trade, warm and legible for anyone who just wants to bring something interesting to the table.
Knowledgeable, not know-it-all
We translate the jargon instead of performing it.
Premium, not precious
Good glassware, no gatekeeping.
Social, not rowdy
Drinks are the excuse; the table is the point.
Curated, not exclusive
A short list, open to everyone.
